TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Orders are shipped CREDIT CARD or C.O.D.

2. All orders shipped f.o.b. Englewood, TN.

3. Damage claims must be reported within 5 days to the carrier. (UPS)
Alta's Heirlooms will replace defective items that may have been inadvertently shipped within 15 days.

4. Orders which are shipped within the agreed upon terms (including COD) and refused by the customer or returned without prior authorization will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping and handling charges.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Order cancellation must be in writing.

7. No returns without prior authorization.
